Nicholas Gioacchini débarque à Montpellier

À peine signé et déjà historique.

Nicholas Gioacchini arrive en prêt pour deux ans avec option d’achat à Montpellier. Il est le premier international américain à rejoindre le club héraultais. Le transfert a été officialisé ce mercredi. Olivier Dall’Oglio venait de perdre coup sur coup Andy Delort, Gaëtan Laborde, et même Peter Škuletić. Mais le MHSC avait quelques pistes de secours, dont celle conduisant à Valère Germain, et donc une autre pour attirer le jeune attaquant de 21 ans, venu tout droit de Caen, vainqueur de la Gold Cup avec les États-Unis. Après avoir enchaîné les rencontres en Ligue 2 (46, pour être précis), Gioacchini va pouvoir découvrir l’élite avec Montpellier.

Le duo Delort-Laborde va quand même nous manquer.
