Après sa qualification historique pour l’Euro 2016 contre le Kazakhstan dimanche soir, l’Islande était en fête.
C’est la première fois que l’équipe jouera un Euro et, avec ses 320 000 habitants, elle est la plus petite nation de tous les temps à participer à cette compétition. Forcément, ça se fête.
Longtemps restés sur le terrain avec leurs supporters pour célébrer ce moment, les joueurs, et même le coach, ont poursuivi la fête en ville avec les habitants de Reykjavik.
