Clap de fin pour Emmanuel Imorou

Le FC Twitter en émoi.

Emmanuel Imorou vient d’annoncer sa retraite sur son compte Twitter. L’ancien joueur de Caen et du Sporting Braga évoluait depuis 2019 à Thonon Évian en National 3 sous la direction d’un certain Bryan Bergougnoux.

Dans son communiqué, Imorou se dit « reconnaissant » et « ne regrette rien » de sa carrière. Celui qui « n’aurait jamais imaginé jouer en Ligue 1, connaître la Coupe d’Europe et la CAN » raccroche les crampons après 13 ans dans le monde professionnel et 18 sélections avec le Bénin.

Il aura désormais plus de temps pour jouer à Fortnite.
